Final examination at the end of course duration
Minimum passing marks: 40% in theory and 50% in practical
Re-examination facility available with additional fees

7. Student Conduct and Discipline

Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students
No ragging, harassment, or discriminatory behavior
Proper dress code to be followed
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on premises

All course materials, software, and content provided by MCEC are protected by intellectual property laws. Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MCEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the student for the specific course.

10. Placement Assistance

Placement assistance provided based on student performance
No guarantee of job placement
Students must actively participate in placement activities
Interview preparation and soft skills training included

11. Modification of Terms

MCEC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes through official communication channels.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
